The NL West-leading Los Angeles Dodgers picked up a left-handed bat for the stretch drive late Thursday, acquiring infielder-outfielder Marlon Anderson from the Washington Nationals and cash for pitching prospect Jhonny Nunez. The deal was made on the final day players must be part of an organization to be eligible for postseason play.
